Well, that's a lot of verbiage to a simple statement of fact. All of which you believe to be true.

But you got one thing wrong. The agnostic claims the question "is there a supernatural?" cannot be answered by humans. The atheist claims the question can be answered by humans -- it just, so far, hasn't.

Or look at it another way. There is every bit as much objective evidence for the existence of Thor, Odin, Jupiter, Eros, unicorns or the Flying Spaghetti Monster as there is for the existence of the Judao/Christian God. That being: none.

But the average Jew/Christian is not agnostic to the existence of Thor, et al. They are atheistic in their denial. "There is one God..."

Do you believe in Santa Clause or leprecans? No.

Why not? Because no one has yet produced any objective evidence that such creatures genuinely exists.

But you don't think, "Maybe Santa and unicorns really exist, just no one has yet produced evidence." You would have to apply that to every claim every person makes, no matter how wild and crazy.

The Theist denies the existence of 99.9% of the panthion of gods and goddesses claimed throughout history.

The Atheist just rounds that figure up to the next whole number.
